Abstract

In order to evaluate the effects of the use of non-herbicide ripening agents in sugar cane crops Moddus 25 ® (Trinexapac-Ethyl), Organosate ®, were evaluated in sugar cane crops variety CP 722086 of the Cooperative San Francisco, Suchitoto, Cuscatlán. The results indicate that there is no significant difference between treatments, however, the treatments that showed better results were: Moddus 25 ®, then the use of Organosate ®, so it is recommended the use of non-herbicide maturants in the sugar cane crop to improve crop yield.
